Shipping Methods

Your item will be created and embedded with healing just for you when ordered. Please allow 7-18 business days for me to create it for you. If you need it sooner, please send me an email through the contact page and I will do my best to accommodate your timeline.

** Some beads and charms may be slightly different than the pictures due to availability.

Once shipped, you will receive tracking information. ALL items will require a signature for delivery, if you choose to not have this, Deep Rooted Woman will not responsible for lost packages.

NOTE: Customer’s total purchase price does not include duties, taxes, tariffs, or any other costs associated with clearing the purchased goods through customs.

It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure the accuracy and safety of the shipping address provided. We will not be held liable for incorrectly entered shipping information or packages left, stolen, or missing from an unreliable or unsafe shipping address.

If you're concerned about a package in transit or if you feel it is lost, please contact your local post office with your tracking number.

RETURN POLICY

• Your piece is handmade for you when ordered making it truly one of a kind

• All items are a final sale

• All orders are a final sale, Deep Rooted Woman / Soulful Mind & Body Inc. cannot accept any returns or exchanges due to the purity and energetic qualities of the materials used. If it is faulty it can be exchanged

I stand behind my pieces and offer a one year warranty for damages on regular price items purchased through my website and social media.

My jewelry is warranted to the original consumer/purchaser against breakage or malfunction under normal use due to defects in material or workmanship. The warranty becomes void if the product has been subjected to misuse or has been altered by anyone. We will repair, or at our option, replace any defective Deep Rooted Woman Jewelry with the same or a comparable model ONE TIME ONLY.

Please Note:

• The customer will be responsible for any shipping charges related to a warranty repair/replacement. I reserve the right to void the warranty on any item that shows signs of modification, abuse or damage beyond normal wear, as deemed by our jewelry professionals.

• We will not be responsible for lost or stolen items.

• All beads including charm must be available to be eligible for a restring of a bracelet and mala. Please email alison@deeprootedwoman.com with your order number showing date purchased, and a photo of the damaged item to initiate the repair process.

• Please include all original packaging. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and must include a tracking number.
